What happens next?

A member of staff from Supporting Families will contact you to arrange a convenient appointment where we will carry out an assessment of your support needs and also check your eligibility for the service. This will usually take place within your home. When you have been accepted to receive support by the service we will work with you to draw up a support plan that is tailored to your support needs.
